Khaled El-Hoshy, M.D.
Dr. El-Hoshy is a fellow Member in the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Mohs Surgery, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is also a Member in the Michigan State Medical Society and Wayne County Medical Society.
Dr. El-Hoshy did a one year clinical research & a two-year Dermatological Surgery Fellowships at Duke University Medical Center. He specializes in Skin Rejuvenation and has extensive experience in different cosmetic procedures such as: the Featherlift, Mesotherapy, Chemical Peeling, Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse, Collagen, Laser Procedures, Liposuction, Hair Transplants and Sclerotherapy.
He is Mohs-Surgery trained for treatment of skin cancers.
Dr. El-Hoshy is one of a handful of USA physicians having special expertise in advanced botox techniques for the neck & around the mouth areas. He is internationally recognized as an instructor in Botox, Restylane, & Juvederm injection techniques for beginner & advanced injectors.
Dr. El-Hoshy attends at least one medical meeting a year in Europe [in addition to 1 or 2 meetings in USA], to keep abreast of all the advances in the cosmetic & laser surgery not just in USA, but all over the world.

Julie Boag PA-C
Julie Boag PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant with 20 years dermatology experience. She received a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Wayne State University.
She is skilled in diagnosing and treating patients with various skin conditions, and in working with patients to make sure their questions are answered. She provides the needed prescriptions and preforms biopsies and minor surgeries.
Daniel Tomlinson, NPDaniel Tomlinson, FNP-BC, joined Somerset Dermatology in October 2022. Daniel did his undergraduate work at Michigan State University earning a BS in both Nutritional Sciences and Nursing. He received his Master of Science in Nursing degree from South University Savannah in 2014.
Before starting with Somerset Dermatology Institute, Daniel worked as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric ICU for 5 years in Savannah, GA then as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner in Detroit, Michigan.
Daniel has attended and earned numerous continuing medical education credits, and enjoys learning as much as possible regarding new and future treatments for chronic disease management such as eczema and psoriasis. He takes part in medical, surgical, and cosmetic Dermatology. He is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Michigan Dermatology Physician Assistants, and certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Radha K. Sampat M.S., PA-C
Radha K. Sampat M.S., PA-C., is a board-certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician’s Assistants and is licensed in Michigan since 2010. Radha received her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Wayne State University in 2010. She completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Wayne State University in 2006.
Radha has been practicing dermatology in Michigan since 2010. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatological Physician Assistants and the Michigan Dermatology Physician Assistants, where she serves on the board since 2013 promoting continued medical education. She is dedicated to her patients medical, surgical and cosmetic concerns. Her philosophy is to provide exceptional dermatological medical care with the highest level of ethical standards, compassion and care. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking and painting. She is happy to see you at our office in Livonia.
Karen Goulais, Esthetician
Mrs. Goulais obtained her cosmetology license in 1985. She worked in a Salon offering European Facials and make-up consults and application. She worked at the exclusive Golden Door Spa as a beauty therapist from 1988-1990. Mrs. Goulais was appointed Golden Door Educator for Treatment Protocol. She attended the Internation Dermal Institute where she received advanced training in aesthetics including acne causes, treatments, aromatherapy and reflexology.
Mrs. Goulais currently performs Photorejuvenation with the Diolite Laser, Light Sheer Laser hair removal, European Spa Facials, Microdermabrasion, Acne Facials, Back Treatments, Paraffin Wax Treatments, Acupressure Massage with Aromatherapy, Fruit Enzyme Peels and Eye, Lip, and Decolletage Treatments.
